Responsibilities

• Analyze and determine the nature of the submitted cases, clarify the legal aspects and make the necessary recommendations.
• Analyze the subject of the submitted complaint, collect its data, make the necessary recommendations and submit them to the concerned authorities.
• Proposing future policies for work from a legal point of view and preparing draft laws, regulations and instructions.
• Organizing agreements and contracts, analyzing them, and making recommendations related to their compatibility or violation.
• Prepare documents and reports related to the search of cases and save them in their database in accordance with the approved policies and procedures.
