The Transportation Associate plays a key role in supporting the transportation operations at Six Flags Qiddiya City. This position involves coordinating and executing the logistics of guest and employee transportation needs within the park.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of transportation schedules for guests and employees.
• Coordinate with drivers and staff to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off services.
• Monitor transportation routes and make adjustments as necessary to improve efficiency.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide information regarding transportation options available.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers during transport.
• Assist in maintaining vehicles and reporting any repairs or maintenance needs.
• Collect and analyze data related to transportation operations to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Contribute to the development of transportation policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Work collaboratively with other departments within the park to support overall transportation logistics.

Prior experience in transportation or logistics, excellent communication and customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, proficiency in logistical coordination software, ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, a valid driver's license.
