Job summary
A leading electrical company in Dammam is seeking a Sales Support Engineer to handle documentation, manage client communications, and ensure ISO compliance. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in sales support, knowledge of the Saudi market, and strong sales and negotiation skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as Sales Support Engineer or similar field.
- Extensive knowledge in the Saudi Market, especially in switchgear and electrical panel business.
- Proficient in English and computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and create quotes, proposals and other documentation.
- Prepare Purchase Order Check List and coordinate with the Project unit.
- Manage communications with client’s technical department.

Job description
Responsibilities
- Develop and create quotes, proposal and other documentation as assigned by the Sales Engineer.
- Prepares Purchase Order Check List (POCL) and sets a meeting with Project unit and Engineering department for a proper handover of jobs where order conditions, change orders and other customer requirements are clearly relayed.
- Collaborate with sales team to obtain documents which are not provided by customer in the inquiry.
- Manage communications with client’s technical department and responds to clarification with regards to the submitted proposal.
- Ensuring that the requirements of ISO 9001 and EMS 14001 are being implemented and maintained.
Qualifications
- Minimum2 years of working experience as Sales Support Engineer or similar field of work.
- Extensive knowledge in the Saudi Market especially in switchgear and electrical panel business and tendering.
- Proficient in English Language, Computer Literate
- Sales and Negotiation Skills
