We are currently searching for a dedicated, ambitious and self-driven Solution Sales Specialist - ITSM to join our Sales Department and play a critical role in building relationships with our significant clients. This is a sales position that requires high commitment, the ability to build long-term relationships, and a passion for technology. The candidate must have experience in selling and presenting IT solutions in at least one of the following domains: Microsoft Infrastructure Services, Unified Communications, IT Service Management Solutions and Consultation, Customer Experience, Data and Analytics.

Responsibilities
  • Effectively maintains and retains existing customers by building long-term relationships.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines.
  • Lead demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including business development, support, service, marketing, customer success and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • ITIL Foundation (preferred).
  • Inbound Sales (must).
  • Sales Enablement (must).

Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in enterprise sales or related position.
  • Sales experience in IT Service Management, ISO Consultation Services or related domains.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and account management systems.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Customer-centric and good listener.
  • Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing, and sometimes unpredictable work environment.
  • Articulate verbal communication, professional business writing and presentation skills.
