Inventory Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Inventory Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management, including purchasing, tracking, and maintaining inventory levels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accurate tracking of all products
• Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment or disposal of excess stock
• Work closely with suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts to reconcile discrepancies and maintain accurate records
• Train and supervise a team of inventory assistants to ensure efficient operations
• Utilize software systems to track inventory levels and generate reports on stock movement, sales trends, and forecasting needs
• Collaborate with other departments such as sales, production, and finance to maintain optimal inventory levels for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field
• Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in using inventory management software programs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
• Indian nationality preferred but not required
