We are seeking a visionary Chief of Digital Transformation & Software to lead our digital innovation strategy in the electrification sector.

This executive will drive the adoption of advanced technologies, software solutions, AI, IoT, and data analytics within our portfolio to help our clients optimize power systems, smart grids, and energy efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in digital transformation, software industry, or technology leadership within the energy, power, or electrification industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives in electrification, smart grids, and energy management.
• Oversee the partnership and development for software solutions, AI-driven analytics, and IoT-based energy management platforms.
• Lead the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies, including cloud computing, big data, cybersecurity, and automation
• Identify and Adopt partners for smart grid innovations, digital twin technology, and predictive maintenance solutions for energy infrastructure.
• Collaborate with utility companies, regulatory bodies, and technology partners to integrate new software solutions and ensure compliance with energy policies.
• Manage cross-functional digital teams, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
• Lead cybersecurity strategy within the group
• Evaluate emerging digital trends and investment opportunities to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in digital transformation, software development, or technology leadership within the energy, electrification, or smart grid sectors.
• Proven track record in leading digital innovation, AI/ML Solutions, and IoT integrations in power systems or electrification projects.
• Strong expertise in cloud-based energy platforms, automation, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Experience in managing software development teams and driving agile methodologies.
• Deep understanding of energy sector regulations, smart grid standards, and digital compliance requirements.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
