Job description
Overview

The Understanding Affiliate is responsible for the synchronization and execution of training for all procedure courses in the Satisfaction Center. Instructors evaluate and improve procedures and techniques to improve learning efficiency as well as production across all divisions in the building. The Instructor aids in driving the success training strategies and sustaining the needs of the Satisfaction Center workforce.

Responsibilities
  • Supply Instructor training, observation and training.
  • Ensure training documents are maintained up to date via the console.
  • Ensure training materials are maintained and delivered against the standard and provide a positive learning experience.
  • Use and analyze data daily to improve the New Hire (NH) learning experience.
  • Provide feedback to Trainers and Peer Trainers on NH group performance.
  • Complete all tests/audits and track feedback.
  • Organize Trainers projects and monitor cross-training for procedures to sustain peak capacity requirements.
  • Work with procedures on an ability matrix to highlight gaps for critical role training.
  • Support procedures with the distribution of essential role training.
  • Improve processes from collecting feedback and analyzing data.
  • Support the employment of Trainers and Peer Trainers.
  • Attend conferences as required and provide necessary information.
  • Collaborate with agency supervisors to enhance new hire performance.
  • Support tasks with feedback and enhancements.
  • Manage multiple competing priorities and demonstrate a methodical approach to tasks.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Basic understanding of project management; a drive to improve learning and instructional design processes.
  • Analytical skills and sense of discretion.
  • Trainer or Learning Assistant experience.
  • Able to work independently and autonomously.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced setting.
  • Pre-requisite: Happy to work adaptable schedules/shifts (days and nights).
