Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping EuroTech ME grow our business in the KSA through; identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.

This role would suit someone early in their Business Development/Sales career.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferable.
• Experience working within the GCC region.
• Some experience in Sales or Business Development is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Arabic & English fluency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the Sales Manager to help drive EuroTech ME&aposs growth and presence.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
• Build and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
• Collaborate with the wider teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and client satisfaction.
• Travel to client sites and industry events is needed to foster relationships and represent the company
