Job summary

Al Raedah Finance is seeking a Senior Credit Analyst focused on evaluating the creditworthiness of clients engaging in sophisticated transactions. The ideal applicant will have a BS degree in a relevant field, combined with 3-5 years of experience in credit analysis. Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively are necessary for maintaining high-quality credit proposals and supporting Kafalah cases.

Job Description

The Senior Credit Analyst will review the creditworthiness of individuals or businesses, particularly for more complex and sophisticated transactions, to determine the risk involved in lending money or extending credit.

Responsibilities
  • Double-check documentation provided by clients and businesses for validity and availability.
  • Assess customers with higher loan amounts.
  • Support in Kafalah cases and work on all types of products provided by AlRaedah.
  • Conduct risk calls and provide call reports.
  • Write credit proposals and provide final trusted recommendations with clear reasons for approval or rejection.
  • Improve the quality of credit proposals.
  • Attend daily committee meetings to discuss cases.
  • Train and supervise junior staff; learn and improve skills from senior team members.
  • Provide reports upon request.
  • Perform additional tasks as requested seasonally or based on policy updates and management requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Nationality: Saudi
  • Minimum Qualifications: BS degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum Experience: 3-5 years of related experience.
