Job description

Manages and supports the Monomer maintenance group to ensure effective utilization of the SAP PM system.

Role responsibilities:

• Works as an SAP power user supporting SAP PM and MM gaps and analysis.
• Prepares purchase order and service entry sheets reports to ensure timely job execution and contractor payments.
• Assists in preparing and supporting the annual department and plant budgets to optimize financial resources.
• Conducts KPIs meetings for review and action planning.
• Provides data to finalize the maintenance department's annual budget.
• Supports data collection and analysis for department cost savings.
• Reports emergency work orders daily.
• Resolves routine planning issues related to work and activities in the assigned area.
• Supports plant planners during SD and vacations.
• Analyzes overtime hours and manpower capacity.
• Assists maintenance specialists with PM plan implementation strategies.
• Suggests ideas for cost control and savings.
• Reports on CM and PM costs per plant bi-weekly and compares actual costs with planned budgets.
• Participates in benchmarking and gathers required database information.
• Analyzes and monitors maintenance KPIs, recommending improvements when necessary.
• Leads accrual list preparation with assistance from area planners.
• Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and environmental procedures to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, high-quality products/services, and environmental responsibility.
• Ensures compliance with EHSM, IMRS, and Responsible Care standards.
• Prepares and reports for the department's monthly presentations.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of relevant experience or Diploma with 10 years of relevant experience.
