Job summary
A leading food company in Riyadh is seeking an experienced TA Specialist to manage overseas recruitment for its expanding brands. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, particularly in the Food & Beverage or hospitality sectors. Strong communication in Arabic and English as well as organizational skills are required. The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating with agencies, and overseeing the hiring process.
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Food & Beverage or hospitality.
- Hands-on experience in overseas hiring and visa processes.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates locally and internationally.
- Coordinate with overseas agencies and recruitment partners.
- Manage interviews, offers, and onboarding processes.
- Support manpower planning and employer branding initiatives.
