About the location

AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. Marking a new chapter for comprehensive wellness tourism, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising of rooms and suites, as well as villas with their own private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all thoughtfully designed to offer breathtaking bay and sea views. The resort will include a luxury spa nestled within its garden of tranquility and inspiration featuring a sculptured waterfall. The Organic Spa Garden will be a focal point and treatment experience set to stimulate the senses, offering extensive therapeutic remedies including halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skin therapies. For fitness enthusiasts, the property will offer a bespoke collaboration with fitness trainer Harley Pasternak to seamlessly merge high-performance training with the limitless potential of Triple Bay’s 300 hectares (741 acres) of untouched hills, wadis, and beaches. About the Role

As Cafeteria Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and pre-opening setup of the staff dining facility. You’ll ensure that all employees experience a welcoming, well-organized, and high-quality cafeteria environment that supports well-being and reflects Four Seasons standards.

What You Will Do
  • Assist with pre-opening activities including layout setup, vendor coordination, menu planning, and service flow design.
  • Supervise the day-to-day service operations of the staff cafeteria, ensuring cleanliness, efficiency, and excellent food presentation.
  • Coordinate with the culinary and stewarding teams to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Oversee inventory control, equipment maintenance, and hygiene practices in the service area.
  • Respond to employee feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the cafeteria experience.
  • Train, schedule, and lead the cafeteria service team with professionalism and care.
What You Bring
  • Experience as a cafeteria, restaurant, or F&B supervisor in a high-volume or hotel setting.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and HACCP standards.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Pre-opening experience is a plus.
  • Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
