Overview

An exciting opportunity to be part of a prestigious international law firm’s growing Riyadh office - we are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to provide high-level support across multiple practice groups.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a full range of secretarial and administrative support for partners and associates.
  • Draft, format, and finalise correspondence, engagement letters, billing letters, and simple legal documents.
  • Coordinate matter management from file opening through to closure/archival, ensuring compliance with firm policies.
  • Organise diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements, including visas and itineraries.
  • Assist with billing processes, timesheet management, and expense claims.
  • Provide support with business development activities, including pitches, CV updates, and client reporting.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems (electronic and hard copy) and manage email correspondence efficiently.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the office, including reception duties to greet clients and visitors when needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years’ experience as a Legal Secretary in an international law firm.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and proven ability to deliver accurate work to deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels.

Salary: SAR 25,000 to 30,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
