Job summary
A manufacturing recruiting firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a skilled engineer to lead mold development projects. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in mould design, proficiency in the Japanese language (JLPT N2), and knowledge of the injection moulding process. This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with competitive working hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in mould design/Tooling.
- Proficiency in Japanese language, minimum JLPT N2 level required.
Responsibilities
- Plan and technically direct projects for Mold Development.
- Analyse and evaluate methods for complex technical issues.
- Evaluate vendor capabilities for project support.
Skills
Hiring Company Industry: Manufacturing company core in the design and manufacture of a diverse range of precision injection moulded products as well provide an extensive range of component and packaging production-related services
- Plan and technically direct projects to complete Mold Development
- Analyse, evaluate and plan method / approach to achieve solution for complex technical or process issue e.g., DOE, FMEA
- Evaluate vendor capabilities to provide products and services to support the project
- Minimum 3 years and above experience in mould design / Tooling
- Knowledge in Injection Moulding Process added advantage
- Proficiency in Japanese language, minimum JLPT N2 level is required
