- Manage all night shift manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety compliance.
- Lead and supervise supervisors, team leads, and production staff.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor KPIs such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness(OEE), downtime, and scrap rates, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Enforce safety policies, PPE usage, and emergency procedures while promoting a positive work culture.
- Ensure all products adhere to quality and regulatory standards, such as ISO, GMP, and OSHA.
- Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations to enhance team skills and accountability.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and present shift performance reports to senior management and ensure seamless handover between shifts.
- Collaborate with day shift leadership to align production plans and resource allocation.
- Diploma or higher in Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in production or manufacturing management.
- Good in ERP/MRP systems for production planning.
- Solid understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and process improvement techniques.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience guiding and motivating teams under demanding conditions.
- Good in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict management skills.
