Operations Manager / Factory Manager (ID:683746)

Oversee factory operations, including production, logistics, quality, planning & purchasing, HSE, engineering, and maintenance.

Manage CAPEX and fixed expense budgets.

Develop and implement strategies for supply chain efficiency, process optimization, continuous improvement, and team development.

Lead staff development and training across operational functions.

Ensure accurate production forecasting and planning to meet business objectives.

Drive productivity improvements and operational excellence.

Maintain compliance with local regulations and global standards, ensuring a strong safety mindset.

Prepare and justify business cases for financial decisions within regional guidelines.

Run the plant effectively, focusing on strategic improvements and sustainable practices.

What we're looking for

Degree in Chemistry or Engineering.

Minimum 8 years of industrial experience, including 5+ years in management. Prior experience as a Factory Manager. MNC experience preferred.

Knowledge of ISO standards (9000, 14000, 18000).

Strong ERP and continuous improvement experience.

Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt) certification is a plus.
