About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic YouTube Manager to lead and grow the ImagineArt YouTube channel. In this role, you will be the face and voice of the brand, creating high-quality, engaging content while managing end-to-end production. You’ll collaborate with product, design, and growth teams to experiment with formats, tell compelling stories, and scale the channel’s presence to reach millions of users. This is a hands‑on opportunity to combine creativity, strategy, and AI-driven workflows in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

What You Will Work On

• Hosting and leading the ImagineArt YouTube channel — becoming its face and voice
• Creating engaging, high-quality video content that resonates with millions of users
• Managing end-to-end production: planning, scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing
• Collaborating with product, design, and growth teams to amplify reach
• Experimenting with new formats, styles, and ideas to accelerate channel growth
• Building and scaling a consistent YouTube presence for the ImagineArt brand

Your must haves

• Native-level English and strong on-camera charisma
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple production tasks
• Basic production skills (camera, lighting, editing)
• Attractive, confident screen presence
• Desire to dive deep into prompt engineering and AI workflows
• Extreme ownership and ability to thrive in a 12–15 hours/day, 6 days/week startup environment

Nice to haves

• Previous experience hosting or managing a YouTube channel
• Video editing expertise and creative storytelling skills
• Experience working in early-stage or hyper-growth startups
• Knowledge of social media growth strategies and analytics
