Academy Beauty Therapy Madame Korner College – Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur

Develop and implement a comprehensive Xiaohongshu content strategy aligned with brand objectives and target audience preferences.

Create, curate, and schedule high-quality visual and written content (including posts, videos, and stories) that resonates with the Xiaohongshu community.

Manage day-to-day operations, including community interaction, user feedback response, and collaboration with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs).

Plan and execute campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and drive traffic/sales.

Monitor and analyze platform performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversion) to optimize content and strategy.

Stay updated on Xiaohongshu platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, design, product, offline team, Watson) to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign integration.

Manage Xiaohongshu advertising campaigns and budgets, if applicable.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.

Proven experience in social media management, preferably with a focus on Xiaohongshu or similar lifestyle/content-driven platforms.

Strong understanding of Xiaohongshu’s ecosystem, user behavior, and content trends.

Excellent content creation skills, with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.

Data-driven mindset with experience in social media analytics tools.

Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese (mandatory for platform navigation and content localization).

Experience in KOL/KOC collaboration and partnership management.

Creative, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, F&B, or e-commerce industries.

Knowledge of Xiaohongshu’s advertising platform and Shopify or other e-commerce integrations.
