Superior Property Development – Batu Pahat, Johor

1. Sales Administration & Reporting
  • Oversee end-to-end sales administration, including booking forms, Sale & Purchase Agreements (SPA), loan documentation, and related records
  • Ensure all sales documents are accurate, complete, and submitted within stipulated timelines
  • Maintain systematic physical and digital filing of sales and purchaser records
  • Prepare and monitor sales reports, booking status updates, and management summaries
2. End Financing Coordination
  • Coordinate housing loan processes with purchasers, financial institutions, and internal sales teams
  • Track loan submissions, approvals, and disbursements, ensuring adherence to SPA and company timelines
  • Follow up on outstanding documentation and resolve financing‑related issues efficiently
3. Stakeholder Liaison & Documentation Tracking
  • Act as the key liaison with solicitors, bankers, real estate agents, and purchasers on sales and financing matters
  • Monitor SPA execution, loan documentation progress, billing milestones, and related deliverables
  • Coordinate handover documentation and supporting processes when required
4. Compliance & Process Enhancement
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, developer regulations, and internal policies
  • Support internal audits, management reviews, and regulatory checks
  • Identify and recommend improvements to sales administration and financing workflows
5. Sales Operations & Launch Support
  • Provide administrative support for project launches, promotions, and sales events
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of price lists, financing packages, and sales tracking tools
