Job summary

A growing technology consultancy in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Implementation Consultant to be the strategic advisor for clients. In this role, you will manage the complete client journey, turning complex business needs into platform-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in technical consulting for SaaS platforms, along with strong skills in API design and cloud environments. The position ensures program management and client success through tailored implementations and user training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical consulting or implementation.
• Strong Technical Acumen to build and integrate custom solutions.
• Excellent ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to understand their business processes.
• Design and manage comprehensive implementation plans.
• Implement advanced integrations leveraging the platform’s APIs.
• Act as project manager for small to medium-sized projects.
• Support the pre-sales process by building proof-of-concepts.
• Conduct end-user training and workshops.
