Job summary

A large consulting firm is looking for an experienced Functional Consultant specializing in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in WMS implementations and a strong understanding of warehouse operations. This role involves configuring WMS functionality, supporting system integrations, and providing training to end-users. A degree in Supply Chain or a related field is required, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Functional Consultant on WMS implementations.
• Experience integrating WMS with ERP systems and material handling equipment is highly desirable.
• Certification in a major WMS platform (e.g., SAP EWM) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from warehouse and logistics stakeholders.
• Configure and customize WMS functionality for various warehouse operations.
• Support system integration between WMS and ERP, TMS, and automation systems.
• Provide end-user training and create functional documentation.
