Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with 2-5 years of experience in exchange customer service;
  • Familiar with basic concepts in blockchain, digital currency, DeFi, Web3, etc.;
  • Excellent communication skills, service awareness, and adaptability;
  • Malaysian nationality, fluent in both Chinese and English, with preference given to candidates possessing excellent spoken English communication skills;
  • Able to accept shift work and holiday duty arrangements;
  • Possesses a high level of confidentiality and responsibility, and can maintain professionalism under high‑pressure conditions.
Responsibility
  • Provide timely and professional customer support to global users through online chat, ticketing systems, and online communities (Telegram, Discord, X, etc.);
  • Handle user inquiries and feedback regarding registration, deposits, transactions, and withdrawals;
  • Assist in resolving user transaction anomalies, asset verification, and security issues;
  • Compile frequently asked questions (FAQs) and provide feedback to the product and technology teams to drive product optimization;
  • Maintain community order and assist in user relationship management and retention improvement;
  • Assist in completing customer service data analysis and service quality improvement.
