A manufacturing company in Penang is looking for a Warehouse Storekeeper/Senior Storekeeper to handle receipt and management of raw materials and packaging. Responsibilities include maintaining stock accuracy, ensuring safe storage, and compliance with EHS standards. Candidates must have at least SPM and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting. The role is essential for coordinating inventory and ensuring smooth operations in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Receipt of raw materials and packing materials.
• Raise Warehouse Inspection and Receipt.
• Check receipt of raw materials and packaging materials.
• Ensure proper stacking and storage of materials.
• Oversee timely issuance of raw materials to Production Department.
• Update stock status.
• Carry out monthly stock checks.
• Prepare monthly stock reconciliation report.
• Inform Laboratory personnel upon receipt of raw material.
• Responsible for goods delivery and issuance of Delivery Order.
• Maintain a safe working environment.

Warehouse Storekeeper / Senior Storekeeper

Receipt of raw materials and packing materials.

To raise Warehouse Inspection and Receipt, Packaging Material and Inspection Receipt respectively.

To check on the receipt of raw materials and packaging materials.

Ensure proper stacking and storage of raw materials and packaging materials.

Ensure proper labeling and identification of raw materials and packaging materials.

To oversee all raw materials issuance to Production Department is correct and timely.

Proper update of stock status.

To carry out monthly stock check on the inventory.

Prepare monthly stock reconciliation report for inventory.

Upon receipt of raw material to inform Laboratory personnel to carry out inspection.

Responsible for goods delivery and issuance of Delivery Order.

Responsible for issuing of Goods Delivery Record to Logistic Support I driver to effect delivery.

Any other duties as assigned by Senior Warehouse & Logistic Manager or Senior Storekeeper.

To maintain a safe working environment with awareness and knowledge of site EH&S standards and ensure compliance with local, state and federal EHS regulations.

Job Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least SPM level.

Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
