Job description

Ensure supplier is truck that arrived factory is in good condition and parts / material is in good condition before unload.

Unload parts / materials receive from supplier / transporter truck / container carefully.

Must check delivery document is correct from the right supplier and part that delivered from supplier is a correct part & quantity and pass the acknowledged documentation with valid stamp to warehouse clerk for system data entry.

Place components safely depends on the parts condition at good inwards bay or rack awaiting quality inspection. Those temperature control item need to follow guidelines and send to where it should be stored.

Batch labelling on incoming part on pallet / box before moving to rack. An identification is a must on all parts.

Relocate parts from incoming on hold are after QI inspection to rack / quarantine area base on the goods status and labels

Receive Finish Goods from transit and record entry in log and safely store it in warehouse.

Wrap pallets (Finish Goods) and record correct dimension and weights in the record book. Allocate finish good to rack.

Assist and provide correct data to Logistic department for packing list preparation. Must ensure all data in packing list are checked and same prior to loading finish goods.

Checking and Preparing goods for despatch when required by Logistic and advise proper loading plan.

Check and Loading containers as per SOP and ensure all documentation are acknowledged for filing purpose. Must ensure loading pictures are taken and shared as per requirements.

Recording and maintaining inventory of all finish goods in the warehouse.

Check and maintain on the support tools or stocks such as wrapping film / strap bands and etc and report any low stock for re-ordering to ensure no shortages on weekly basis.

Recording and maintaining inventory of all goods and materials in the warehouse and submit the documents to warehouse clerk on timely manner to update stock in SAP system.

Must ensure stock cards of all parts are updated each time stock moved in or out.

Practise system first and physical next on all stock movements to factory all the time.

Ensure supplies within production and inter companies are done on timely manner and base on requirement.

To manage FIFO and expiry dates on issuance of goods to production areas.

To move expired goods into quarantine area and inform superior for further action. Assist on the request to quarantine obsolete item with proper indication and label.

Perform daily cycle counts and involve in all monthly / quarterly and yearly stock takes.

Do picking for production (FML line) running (2 weeks early)

Submit shortage report to superior for further action.

To report any minimum stock level of material.

To do disposal of redundant stocks in proper and effective manner and took a photo on disposal for record purpose and submit together with redundant notes.

To update stock transfers and movements in SAP systems accurately and maintain proper inventory.
