Job Responsibilities
  • Monitor and inspect incoming goods, verifying compliance with quality standards, specifications, and documentation (e.g., invoices, purchase orders) to ensure accuracy in quantity, condition, and labeling.
  • Conduct regular audits of warehouse storage areas, checking for proper handling, storage conditions (e.g., temperature, humidity), and adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Inspect outgoing shipments to confirm product integrity, correct packaging, and accurate labeling, minimizing the risk of defects or errors during delivery.
  • Develop and implement quality control checklists and procedures to standardize inspection processes across receiving, storage, and shipping operations.
  • Track and analyze quality‑related data (e.g., defect rates, non‑conformities, customer complaints) to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and corrective measures, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Train warehouse staff on quality control procedures, emphasizing the importance of accuracy and adherence to standards in daily operations.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, quality management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards) and warehouse safety regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects, discrepancies, or non‑conformities in products and processes.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret quality data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to collaborate with warehouse teams, suppliers, and cross‑functional departments.
