Job description

Reports To: Head of Warehouse and Logistics

The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end movement of materials within the warehouse, including receiving, picking, packing, serial number scanning, system transactions and coordinating the collection of materials. The role ensures accurate inventory control, timely release of items and full compliance with internal processes and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and verify Material Issuance Request Forms (MIRFs).
  • Check material availability and confirm reservations in the system.
  • Inspect received items and update stock records accurately in the warehouse system.
  • Pick and pack materials as per MIRF and project needs.
  • Scan serial numbers of equipment or devices to ensure traceability and accurate system recording.
  • Perform quality and quantity checks before releasing materials.
  • Schedule and coordinate material collection with Contractors and Service Installer.
  • Notify relevant parties when materials are ready for collection, ensuring timely handover.
  • Conduct final verification of items and documentation before handover.
  • Supervise the collection process and obtain signed acknowledgment on the MIRF from Contractors and SIs during collection.
  • Accurately perform inventory transactions in the warehouse system.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all warehouse activities.
  • Ensure warehouse activities follow safety regulations, SOPs and company policies.
  • Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to address issues related to stock, deliveries and project materials.
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Warehouse Management or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations with hands‑on exposure to serial number scanning and system transactions.
  • Familiarity with WMS systems (SAP).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Experience in telecom‑related materials is an advantage.
