Overview

o Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that all stock levels are monitored regularly.
o Perform stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records to identify discrepancies.
o Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory to prevent damage, loss, or theft.
o Store items in designated locations in an organized and accessible manner.
o Track the movement of goods (receiving, storing, and dispatching) and ensure timely updates to the inventory management system.

Shipping & Receiving
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
  • Prepare shipping documents, including packing list, shipping marks/label, invoices, and delivery receipts.
  • Coordinate with external warehousing shipping companies and internal departments for the smooth and timely delivery of goods.
  • Monitor inventory levels to identify when replenishment is needed.
  • Assist in ordering stock, ensuring that the right quantities are maintained to meet operational needs.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all inventory transactions.
Record Keeping
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and movements.
  • Update and maintain an organized filing system for all relevant shipping and inventory documentation.
  • Generate regular reports on inventory status for management.
Safety and Cleanliness
  • Ensure that the storage area is clean, organized, and safe for both employees and inventory.
  • Follow safety protocols and regulations in the handling of goods and equipment.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure timely processing of orders and shipments.
  • Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to inventory.
  • Any ad-hoc related to customs issue report promptly & accurately to internal team.
Requirements
  • Prover experience as a storekeeper or in similar role is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of inventory management software, proficiency in using computer and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to prepare and process shipping documents accurately.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail accuracy in record-keeping and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
