Job description

Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching of goods

Manage the warehouse team, providing leadership, training and support to ensure high productivity and adherence to safety protocols

Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to optimise storage space and minimize losses

Continuously monitor and analyse warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing streamlined processes

Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

Contribute to the development and refinement of warehouse policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role, preferably in the manufacturing or transport industry
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
