About the Role: The Packer is responsible for accurately and efficiently packing products for shipment. This role involves following specific packaging guidelines, ensuring product integrity, and meeting daily packing quotas.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders based on packing slips or order forms.
• Loading and unloading products with care from supplier transport and pickup company.
• Arrange and organize products by cartons in storage and individual products by shelf.
• Ensure correct product quantities and items are included in each package.
• Use appropriate packaging materials to protect products during shipping.
• Seal packages securely and apply correct shipping labels.
• Maintain a clean and organized packing station.
• Adhere to company packaging standards and guidelines.
• Meet daily packing quotas and productivity targets.
• Assist with inventory replenishment as needed.
• Report any damaged or defective products to the supervisor.
