Job summary

A leading retail company in Selangor is seeking an Inventory Assistant to manage daily stock movements, including receiving goods from suppliers and conducting stock counts. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in inventory management, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods sector. The role requires strong attention to detail and computer product knowledge. A senior position is also available for those with relevant experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Involve in daily stock movement – goods receiving from suppliers, data entry of invoices into inventory system, inter‑branch transfer, filing of warehousing related documents & etc.
• Coordinate consignment stocks receiving and returns.
• Assist in stock counts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in inventory related capacity.
• Experience in flow and control of stocks (ie goods receiving, inter‑branch transfer, performing stock‑take, etc.), preferably in fast moving consumer goods industry will be an added advantage.
• Meticulous and strong attention to detail.
• Possess computer product knowledge is an added advantage.
• Senior position is available for those with relevant experiences.
