A Malaysian company is seeking a warehouse personnel responsible for managing stock deliveries, ensuring proper inventory updates, and maintaining good housekeeping standards. Candidates should possess a strong warehouse background, preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Good communication skills and computer literacy are essential for this role, and having a Class E driving license would be a plus. This position requires the ability to work independently and adhere to company procedures.
To receive daily deliveries from the suppliers.
To ensure stocks being arranged or kept in orderly and safe way.
To arrange and issue material to production floor based on journal
To update the inventory system.
To continuously improve in document to reduce discrepancies and cost.
To execute the store department procedure are properly adhered.
To practice 5S Good House Keeping.
To carry out any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
To ensure inventory are always accurate
To coordinate & record parts out to or from QC (block items) in excel file & AX system.
To create internal DO for parts return to supplier and compile monthly summary.
To receive, record and communicate with PR requestor for consumables item.
Preferable 2 years working experience in related industry.
Class E driving license is an added advantage.
Strong Warehouse background with good communication.
Computer literate and able to work independently.
