Key Responsibilities

• Daily Warehouse Operations
  • Supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods
  • Monitor workflow to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Resolve operational issues or delays promptly
• Staff Management & Training
  • Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff to achieve high performance
  • Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback
  • Maintain a motivated and safe work environment
• Inventory Management & Control
  • Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular cycle counts
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or inventory losses
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of materials
• Shipment & Delivery Coordination
  • Coordinate with logistics and transport teams to ensure timely delivery and dispatch
  • Monitor shipment schedules, route planning, and delivery performance
  • Liaise with carriers or freight forwarders as required
• Warehouse Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
  • Implement corrective actions to prevent accidents or non-compliance
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track warehouse KPIs, including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and operational efficiency
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
  • Analyze performance data and recommend improvements
• Process Improvement & Optimization
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in warehouse processes
  • Implement process improvements to optimize workflow, storage, and resource allocation
  • Introduce best practices in warehouse operations
• Coordination & Communication
  • Work closely with procurement, logistics, customer service, and other departments
  • Provide operational updates and ensure alignment with company objectives
  • Facilitate smooth communication between office and warehouse teams
• Maintenance Cost & Budgeting
  • Monitor maintenance costs to ensure budget efficiency
  • Track and improve fleet performance and delivery efficiency
  • Coordinate with Fleet Team and Dispatch for operational accuracy

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse/logistics experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written)
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) and TMS (Transportation Management System)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional coordination
• Strong time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
