Job description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will manage both B2C E-commerce fulfillment and B2B Wholesale distribution. You will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining strict expiry date control, managing operational costs, and overseeing team administration (attendance & casual wages).

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management

E-commerce (B2C): Ensure high-volume daily orders from Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and Official Site are fulfilled within the Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Wholesale (B2B) & Distribution: Manage bulk order processing with strict attention to detail

Customized Compliance: Ensure packing and delivery standards meet the specific requirements of each wholesale customer (e.g., specific labeling, palletizing standards, or delivery appointment slots) to prevent rejections or penalties

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations

Cost Management & Resource Planning

Operational Budgeting: Monitor and control warehouse expenses (packaging materials, logistics costs) to minimize waste

Manpower Optimization: Strategically plan duty rosters. Balance the need for temporary staff or Overtime (OT) during peak seasons (e.g., Payday, 11.11) against the budget to ensure cost-efficiency

Inventory Control & Expiry Management

Crucial: Implement and strictly enforce the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) system to manage cosmetic product shelf life effectively

Monitor near-expiry stock and proactively alert the Operation Manager for clearance strategies

Conduct regular cycle counts and lead quarterly/annual stocktake exercises

Lead, train, and motivate the warehouse team to achieve operational targets

HR & Payroll Support: Responsible for accurate team administration and reporting: Weekly Casual Wages Report, Monthly Attendance & OT, Leave Management, etc.

Systems & Reporting

Manage the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP to ensure data synchronization

Generate regular reports for the management team, including Order Fulfillment Rate (B2B & B2C), Inventory Accuracy & Loss Report, Labor Cost Analysis (OT vs. Output) etc.

Job Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Warehouse Management. Experience in Distributor/Wholesale operations (handling customized B2B requirements) and E-commerce is required

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree

Language: Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Chinese language is an advantage

Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Pivot Tables) for cost, inventory, and payroll calculation etc.

Hands-on experience with WMS or ERP systems (e.g., SiteGiant, Big Seller, Qian Yi ERP etc.)

Cost-conscious: Ability to optimize manpower costs during peak vs. non-peak seasons

Detail-Oriented: Able to follow strict B2B customer compliance guidelines

Strong Leadership: Capable of managing team discipline and attendance issues
