Supervise daily operations involving production, warehouse, logistics, installation, and furniture delivery. Ensure all processes run smoothly, efficiently, and according to schedule.
Quality Control & Compliance
- Ensure furniture products meet company quality standards and customer requirements.
- Enforce compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and industry regulations.
Supply Chain & Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels of raw materials and finished goods.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure adequate supply and cost control.
Logistics & Delivery Management
- Plan and oversee delivery schedules and furniture installation for customers.
- Manage installation teams to ensure fast, high-quality, and satisfactory service.
- Analyze workflows and introduce improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
- Implement suitable technologies or automation (e.g., inventory management systems).
Team Management
- Lead, train, and motivate operational staff including supervisors, drivers, installers, and warehouse workers.
- Make decisions on work schedules, task allocation, and resource utilization.
Performance Monitoring
- Track KPIs related to production, delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare operational performance reports for senior management.
Customer Service
- Handle escalated issues related to delivery, installation, or product quality in a professional manner.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve customer experience.
Other Duties
