Responsibilities

• Plan and direct warehouse activities for efficiency.
• Monitor storage activities to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Inspect incoming materials for conformity with specifications.
• Develop improvements for warehouse practices.
• Manage warehouse staff for effective resource use.
• Ensure safe operation of machines and MHEs.
• Review and update ISO/FSSC/HACCP documents.
• Monitor maintenance and expenses of MHEs.

Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for directing and controlling warehouse activities to ensure the efficient and economical utilization of facilities for storing and distributing material goods

What are the Job Responsibilities?

• Plan, direct, and monitor all activities in the warehouse to ensure the efficiency of storing and transferring material goods (finished products, tool) & scarp sales arrangement.
• Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
• Ensure that incoming material is inspected for conformity with order specifications and checked for defects.
• Develop and recommend improvements in warehouse practices to promote efficiency and lower costs.
• Manage the warehouse staff activities to ensure that the team's resources are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met.
• Monitor staff to ensure that all machines and MHEs are operated in a safe manner.
• To review & update of ISO/FSSC/HACCP master document & GMP Practice.
• To responsible for arranging, monitor all the MHEs maintenance repair & Expenses. And ensure all safety and health requirements are strictly followed.

What are the Qualifications?

• Minimum SPM certification/Diploma/Supply Chain or related field
• Minimum 6 year experience in related fields. Experience in the FMCG industry is an added advantage
• Candidate MUST be willing to be based at Batu Pahat, Johor.
