Aureal Asia Sdn Bhd is a rapidly growing importer and distributor of premium wines, beers, and beverages serving clients across Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Keeper to support daily operations and ensure smooth distribution to our customers.

Job Description

As a Warehouse Keeper, you will be responsible for ensuring proper inventory handling, accurate order preparation, and smooth daily warehouse operations. You will also interact with customers through WhatsApp and email, and support the billing/invoicing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, and organize warehouse inventory (wine, beers, beverages).
• Prepare, pick, and pack daily customer orders received via WhatsApp and email.
• Arrange deliveries and coordinate with drivers for timely dispatch.
• Perform basic billing, invoicing, and order documentation.
• Handle customer service inquiries professionally.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist in stock-take activities.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper workflow.
• Demonstrate responsibility, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory roles.
• Experience in FMCG, beverage handling, or wine & spirits distribution is an advantage.
• Basic computer literacy and experience in billing/invoicing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Able to communicate clearly via WhatsApp and email.
• Physically fit and capable of handling carton-based stock.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.

Forklift experience will be an advantage.
