Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all WAREHOUSE operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping of goods
  • Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators to optimise warehouse processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate with production, sales and procurement teams to align inventory levels with customer demand
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff to maintain high standards of productivity, safety and customer service
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Prepare detailed reports and analysis to support strategic decision‑making
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar warehouse or inventory management role, preferably in the Automotive industry
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management principles, inventory control techniques and supply chain operations
  • Excellent problem‑solving, analytical and decision‑making skills
  • Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Adaptable to change and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
  • MANDARIN language is mandatory for communication with others
