Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP system.
- Ensure proper documentation for inbound and outbound shipments (e.g., delivery notes, GRNs, invoices).
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and dispatch.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in conducting regular physical stock audits and cycle counts.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards in the warehouse.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage for space utilization and workflow efficiency.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff and laborers as needed.
- Generate and maintain reports related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse KPIs.
- Resolve issues related to damaged goods, order discrepancies, or delivery delays.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures and best practices.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and logistics operations.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lead and supervise a team.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Certification in warehouse management (preferred but not mandatory). Able to work in our factory in Pulau Indah, Port Klang.
Working Conditions:
- Physical work including standing, lifting, and walking in the warehouse.
- May involve shift work, extended hours, or weekend operations depending on business needs.
