Job summary

A leading logistics company in Malaysia is seeking candidates for a warehouse operations role. Responsibilities include coordinating goods movement, maintaining inventory records, and performing daily administrative tasks. Ideal candidates have a Diploma, 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment, and good knowledge of WMS/SAP. Strong communication skills in English and proficiency in Excel are essential. Willingness to work at Subang Airport is a must.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling daily administrative tasks, which may include data entry, managing communications, and preparing reports on warehouse activities.
• Coordinating the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse, which involves preparing and processing documentation like delivery orders, invoices, and packing lists for both incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock checks, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring proper storage and organization of goods
• Prepare daily or weekly reports on all operational activities.
• Liaise with both internal and external parties on daily operations issues.
• Analyse operation performance and propose the solution for process improvement.
• Perform any other duties assigned by immediate superiors.
