Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Perform receiving of stocks, packaging materials and consumables that matches the order in good condition. Non compliance goods should be rejected and segregated from the good stocks
• Move inventory and materials across facilities and process inventory for delivery
• Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location including salvage stocks and returns
• Package items and label correctly
• Scan delivered items and ensure quality
• Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors
• Stack and organize large bulk items
• Remove inventory from trucks or shipping and delivery to proper location
• Update logs and documentation for inventory processing
• Operate heavy machinery like forklifts, reach truck or power pallet truck to move or store inventory
• Ensure that MHE properly maintained and to report to Maintenance/Management whenever there is a breakdown.
• Maintains a good housekeeping of warehouse and equipment as well as zero accident rates
• Work as an active team member to complete team goals
• Prepare documentation and inventory for audits

Job Requirements

• SPM, STPM or Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience.
• License or certification as dictated by the state to operate heavy machinery as needed.
• Able to pass drug and health tests/background checks.
• Able to work overtime on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with WMS software, and able to upload data into the company system using scanners.
