Job summary

A leading chemical company located in Selangor, Malaysia, is looking for a Warehouse Operator to maintain accurate inventory records and perform warehouse activities like receiving and sorting goods. The ideal candidate should be able to operate material handling equipment safely and uphold ISO 9001 quality management standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate store inventory records.
• Carry out all warehouse activities such as container stuffing/unstuffing.
• Safely operate all material handling equipment.
• Inspect incoming materials.
• Ensure goods are delivered/received according to the delivery order.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and stock accounting.
• Keep equipment in good operational condition.
• Uphold the quality management system by ISO 9001 standards.

Job description

Perform any additional tasks that may be assigned periodically, apart from the following responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate store inventory records.
• Carry out all warehouse activities such as container stuffing/unstuffing, receiving, sorting, put-away, picking, packing, and releasing goods.
• Safely operate all material handling equipment.
• Inspect incoming materials.
• Ensure goods are delivered/received according to the delivery order (DO).
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and stock accounting.
• Keep equipment in good operational condition, if applicable.
• Uphold the quality management system by ISO 9001 standards.
• Execute any other relevant tasks as required for the position.
