Job summary

A leading logistics company in Malaysia is seeking candidates for warehouse operations. The role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating goods movement, and maintaining inventory records. Candidates should have a minimum of SPM and 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment, along with good knowledge in WMS/SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This position requires multitasking and a willingness to work in Senai / PTP.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of working experience in warehouse operations environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handling daily administrative tasks including data entry and managing communications.
  • Coordinating the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock checks.
  • Preparing daily or weekly reports on operational activities.
  • Liaising with both internal and external parties.
  • Analyzing operation performance and proposing solutions for improvement.

Skills

Good knowledge in WMS / SAP
Computer literacy - Good in Microsoft Excel
Ability to perform multiple tasks

Responsibilities
  • Handling daily administrative tasks, which may include data entry, managing communications, and preparing reports on warehouse activities.
  • Coordinating the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse, which involves preparing and processing documentation like delivery orders, invoices, and packing lists for both incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock checks, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring proper storage and organization of goods
  • Prepare daily or weekly reports on all operational activities.
  • Liaise with both internal and external parties on daily operations issues.
  • Analyse operation performance and propose the solution for process improvement.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by immediate superiors.
Requirements
  • Minimum SPM with 1 -2 years of working experience in warehouse operations environment.
  • Good knowledge in WMS / SAP
  • Computer literacy - Good in Microsoft Excel
  • Must be able to perform multiple tasks.
  • Must be willing to work in Senai / PTP.
