A leading warehouse management company in Kulai is seeking an experienced Warehouse Admin to perform administrative tasks like filing and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Minimum qualifications include an SPM and at least one year of relevant experience. This role requires the ability to work in a warehouse environment and manage administrative staff effectively.
5.5 days, Mon to Fri 8am to 445pm, Sat 8am to 315pm

Perform administrative tasks including filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.
Develop and maintain an organized filing system; regularly update and enforce office policies and procedures.
Supervise administrative staff, delegate tasks to ensure efficiency, manage office supplies, and place orders when necessary.
Assist in the preparation of routine reports.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate team members.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Minimum qualification of SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia).
At least one (1) year working experience as warehouse admin.
Ok to work in warehouse environment.
Preferrable with anyone who have experience in handling invoicing, PO, DO and related with warehouse matters.
