A Warehouse Admin manages the administrative side of warehouse operations, focusing on data, systems, and coordination to ensure smooth workflow, involving tasks like WMS data entry, inventory tracking, document processing (invoices, delivery orders), coordinating shipments, reporting KPIs, and providing support to warehouse teams for efficient stock movement and order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Accurately tracking stock levels, locations, and movements using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Inputting data, generating reports (e.g., daily/weekly stock, KPI reports), and maintaining databases.
  • Documentation: Processing invoices, delivery orders (DOs), and other relevant paperwork.
  • Coordination: Liaising with sales teams, logistics, and other departments to ensure orders are processed and goods dispatched on time.
  • Shipment Support: Managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and coordination.
  • Administrative Support: Handling general office tasks, answering calls, and supporting warehouse staff.
