Job Summary: TheWaiter / Waitressis responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages while ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and escort guests to their tables in a courteous and professional manner.
Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the system.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and correct delivery of orders.
Serve food and beverages efficiently, following service standards.
Monitor assigned tables and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of the dining area before, during, and after service.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, or fresh graduates with strong interest in hospitality are encouraged to apply.
Pleasant appearance with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in English and Malay; knowledge of Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese is an added advantage.
Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
