About the Role

We’re looking for energetic and friendly VR Experience Crew to join our entertainment team at Chroma Entertainment. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, guiding them through immersive VR games and creating a fun, memorable experience for everyone who walks in.

If you’re bubbly, outgoing, and love interacting with people, this role is made for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with VR game check-in and setup
• Brief players on game rules, safety, and gameplay
• Monitor VR sessions and assist players when needed
• Ensure equipment is handled properly and kept in good condition
• Create a lively, enjoyable atmosphere for customers
• Support outlet operations and guest flow
• Selected staff may co-host mini golf events as an emcee, engaging crowds and hyping up events. Additional Incentives will be given.
