Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and maintenance for telecommunications solutions.
• Assist with setup, configuration, and provisioning of voice equipment.
• Provide training to customers upon service deployment.
• Liaise with customers and third-party personnel for project tasks.
• Update job status in the system post task completion.
