• Supervise staff's attendance, attitude, and discipline.
• Plan duty rosters and backup plans for manpower shortages.
• Update progress or issues to the Department Division Leader.

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor& Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.

At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.

Compulsory to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.

Highly fit with no prolong illnesses or any disabilities.

Able to manage staff under supervision and follow the instructions by superior from time to time.

Applicants must be a Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident status.

Responsibility

• To take charge for Visual Merchandise Display Department.
• To ensure the item placement is well organized in the selling area.
• To manage and supervise the work progression of the staff under supervision in aspect of attendance, attitude and discipline.
• To plan the duty roster for staff and do backup plan for any shortages of manpower.
• To update any progress or issue to immediate superior (Department Division Leader).
