Job Summary

This role supports the marketing team by creating photo and video content for branding and marketing purposes. You will be involved in planning, shooting, and editing visual content for digital platforms, working closely with the team to execute creative ideas and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content for marketing and branding use
  • Capture project progress, completed works, before-and-after transformations, and behind-the-scenes content
  • Produce short‑form videos for social media platforms (Reels, Stories, short clips) and assist with longer‑form videos when required
  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand content objectives and basic storytelling direction
  • Set up and manage basic camera, lighting, and audio equipment for indoor and outdoor shoots
  • Edit photos and videos according to brand guidelines and campaign timelines
  • Organise, archive, and manage media files for easy access and future reuse
  • Support marketing campaigns, events, and site visits as required
  • Assist with on‑site content shooting in active project environments
Skills & Attributes
  • Familiar with photography and videography equipment
  • Able to use editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (basic), Lightroom, or equivalent
  • Basic understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling
  • Ability to adapt content for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, website, digital ads)
  • Basic understanding of branding and marketing content requirements
  • Proactive and willing to learn, with the ability to plan simple shoots independently when required
  • Detail‑oriented with an eye for visual quality and consistency
  • Open to feedback and willing to revise content for improvement
  • Responsible, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working on‑site, outdoors, and in active project environments
Additional Information
  • Portfolio or sample works (photo and/or video) is required
  • Experience or interest in architecture, interior design, construction, or lifestyle content is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply
