Qualifications

Job Description

As a Videographer, you will plan, shoot, and edit high‑quality video content for marketing, social media, and event coverage. You will work closely with the team to translate concepts into engaging visual stories. Both Full‑Time and Internship positions are available, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, shoot, and edit videos for marathons, events, promotional campaigns, and social media content.
  • Operate cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment.
  • Capture high‑quality footage both on‑site and in studio setups.
  • Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Create dynamic motion graphics, titles, transitions, and animations using Adobe After Effects.
  • Use and customize templates from Envato Elements when needed to enhance production quality.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions, storyboarding, and concept development.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistency in branding, style, and storytelling.
  • Assist in creating shot lists, production timelines, and pre‑production planning.
  • Create basic visual assets such as overlays, thumbnails, end screens, posters, and social media visuals.
  • Assist in layout and design tasks when required.
  • Participate in marathon events, rehearsals, and other media days to capture live content.
  • Work in fast‑paced, high‑pressure event environments with tight deadlines.
  • Organise and manage media files, backups, and project folders.
  • Ensure equipment is well‑maintained and ready for shoots.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience in videography is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator for graphic support.
  • Familiarity with Envato Elements templates, presets, and assets is an advantage.
  • Creative, detail‑oriented, and able to work in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
  • Willing to travel and work on‑site for events.
  • Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
Academic Achievements (Optional but Advantageous)
  • STPM: Academic awards, competitions, or leadership roles.
  • Diploma / Degree: Dean’s List, Merit Awards, relevant projects.
  • Master’s: Research, publications, or creative achievements.
